ABOUT THE VINEYARD
The pride of Dorset, the Langham Estate is located in the Grade II listed Bingham’s Melcombe manor house. The property was purchased by John Langham in 1980, who initially utilised a small scale of vine growth. Over time, the business model has expanded with the Langham Agricultural Estate now covering over 1,000 hectares. The south-facing terroir of the Crawthorne vineyard produces grapes of optimal ripeness, which are handpicked and inspected before selection. Only the finest produce is deemed suitable for use in the fine wines produced under the Langham banner.
