Pierre Mignon, Brut Prestige
This one’s got a bright yellow colour and a whole lot of fine bubbles. Take a whiff, and you’ll find intense aromas of yellow fruits and toasted brioche with some stony minerality. In the mouth, it’s bone-dry, firm and zesty, though it’s got a lot of attractive creaminess and good length. Fundamentally, it cuts a fine balance between bracing freshness and vibrancy and a lovely, creamy softness – a classic Champagne fit for any occasion.
- 55% Pinot Meunier
- 35% Chardonnay
- 10% Pinot Noir
WHAT IT GOES WITH
This one is a guaranteed party-starter all by itself, though goes very well with some light canapés or seafood.
