Pazo Señorans
Pazo Señorans Albariño 2020, Rías Baixas, Spain - 1.5l
“Rias Baixas” may not be easy to pronounce (it’s “ree-yassby-shass, BTW!), but this Albariñois all too easy to drink! Light in colour and big on aroma, the nose here is all fresh citrus fruits, white flowers and stony minerality. In the mouth it’s zesty, bone dry and minerally, meaning you’ll be back for more (and more, and more). Good thing this comes in magnum!
GRAPE
- 100% Albariño
WHAT IT GOES WITH
The wine comes from the rugged Galician coast, so pair it accordingly with the freshest piece of seafood you can get your hands on. It’s on point with virtually any sushi or a mixed platter of fresh oysters, prawns and crab claws.
VINEYARD
With wines like this one from Pazo Señorans, there’s little wonder why Albariño from Rias Baixas is one of the trendiest wines in the world these days. Pazo Señoranshas a 29-hectare vineyard and has long worked with some of the best growers in this humid, coastal region. Grapes, whether from the estate’s own vineyard or those of its partners, are picked by hand and meticulously selected before fermentation in stainless steel and a generous lees ageing giving some real texture and character to the finished wine.

A wooden box can make your magnum look even more special, especially if you want to personalise it for a gift. We can engrave up to 50 characters, in one of five different fonts, to the front of the wooden box.
We always intend to despatch any orders on the same day, on a next day delivery service, assuming checkout is completed before 1pm as this gives us enough time to prepare the package.
You can also track your order throughout the process, ensuring that you’re home to accept it or make alternative arrangements with DPD.
If ordering as a gift, please provide the recipient’s address and a contact telephone number so they are notified a delivery is coming. While the arrival of a magnum will surely be a welcome surprise, we want to ensure somebody is available to sign for the package. We’ll keep you updated about the delivery progress, and supply a purchase invoice that doubles as a receipt for your financial records to your email address. We never include an invoice with the package in case it is a gift.
We rarely need to process returns, but in the improbable event that we need to do so, we will offer a full refund on any product returned in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs.
